Oral presentations cannot exceed 15 minutes (12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes for discussion). Please be advised that presentations exceeding the limit will be cut off by the moderators in the interest of time. Practicing your presentation will prevent this from happening.
Best aspect ratio for slides is 16:9 (Widescreen)
Presenters do not need to bring a computer. There will be a Windows laptop available in the lecture hall. Please bring your presentation (Microsoft Powerpoint only) on a USB flashdrive. Participants scheduled for the morning session should upload their presentations before the fist session (Thursday) or the day before (for people presenting on Friday), while those scheduled for the afternoon should have theirs uploaded by lunch.
Only Microsoft PowerPoint is supported.
